🎨 Commission Terms of Service 🎨# 1. General Terms
- By commissioning me, you agree to these terms.
- I reserve the right to decline any commission request.
- Commissions are for personal use only unless otherwise discussed.
- Clear references and details must be provided before I begin working.# 2. 💰 Payment
- Full payment upfront before work begins.
- Payment is accepted via Skrill only.
- Clients must cover any transaction fees associated with Skrill.
- Prices may vary based on complexity. Commercial use will incur additional charges (see Section 4).📩 Skrill Email for Payment: [email protected]# How to Pay via Skrill:
1️⃣ Sign Up – If you don’t have a Skrill account, visit www.skrill.com and create one for free.
2️⃣ Add Payment Method – Link your credit/debit card or bank account.
3️⃣ Send Payment – Log in, click "Send Money", enter my Skrill email ([email protected]), and specify the amount.
4️⃣ Complete Payment – Follow the prompts to finalize the transaction.#3. 🔄 Process & Revisions
- A watermarked sketch will be sent for approval before proceeding.✨ Revisions:
- Up to 3 free revisions during the sketch phase. Additional changes will incur extra fees.
- One minor revision is allowed during coloring. Major changes at this stage will require extra payment.
- Once the final version is approved, the HD unwatermarked file will be delivered via Google Drive.# 4. 🏢 Commercial Use
- Commercial use applies if the artwork will generate profit (e.g., merchandise, book covers, monetized content, etc.).
- A commercial usage fee of 2-3x the base price applies.
- Clients must inform me beforehand if the artwork is for commercial use.# 5. ⏳ Delivery & Turnaround Time
- Commissions are typically completed within 1-2 weeks, depending on complexity.
- If delays occur, I will notify the client.# 6. 🔄 Refund Policy
✅ 100% refund if I cancel the commission.
🔹 50% refund if the client cancels before coloring begins.
❌ No refunds after coloring has started or after final approval.# 7. 📜 Usage & Copyright
- Clients may use the artwork for personal purposes (e.g., profile pictures, personal prints, etc.).
- Do not remove my watermark or claim the artwork as your own.
- Commercial use (e.g., merchandise, NFTs, business-related work) requires additional fees.# 8. 📩 Contact & Updates
- Clients will receive updates at key stages (Sketch → Base Colors → Final).
- Feel free to ask about progress, but please do not rush me.# 9. 🌟 Sharing & Posting Artwork
- I may post WIP images, timelapse videos, or final artwork on my social media, portfolio, or for promotion unless requested otherwise.
- If the client prefers the artwork not to be shared, they must inform me before the commission starts.
